The Russian President presented the highest honor ‘Order of Friendship’ to the Citizen Catholic, Metropolitan of Malankara and Supreme President of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church by Ambassador Denis Alipov at a ceremony held at the Russian Embassy.
