The Orthodox Christian Youth Movement (OCYM) is always at the forefront in active leadership and Christian values in the Church and society. It contributes to the goodness and progress of the Church and community in the three-fold path of worship, study and service. It aims at molding the minds and visions of the youth by promoting Christian values and traditions.
Our Youth Movement activities began shortly after the commencement of our church at P-1/A-3 in 1996, elected office bearers took charge in the year 1999 and streamlined activities started thereafter.
Since, the beginning, we have come a long way and were able to think of innovative ideas, bring more energy and implement new projects as part of our activities. Together with our Church, our unit has witnessed phenomenal growth and scaled new heights and this would not have been possible without the able guidance of our former Vicars. Contributions made by our office bearers and unit members and the support extended by our Church members are really commendable on this ocassion.
Members of our youth movement take active participation in worship. Apart from the regular worship, we always give priority to Bible classes, devotional address, prayer meetings and conferences, etc. A desire to learn in an ongoing process in order to strengthen our knowledge by way of sharing it. We regularly organize quiz competitions, study classes, debate on current affairs, seminars, instrumental classes etc.
Service is the most important part of our activities; we effectively undertake charitable work by extending all sorts of possible help to the poor, needy and sick, medical aid, educational aid etc.
Regular meetings are held on Sunday after Holy Qurbana in the Church premises under the guidance and leadership of our Vicar.

All the efforts are made by members to attend also the diocese level conferences, youth fest, Aravali Perunal, support the diocese in charity activities (Karuthal Project) etc and be a leading torch bearer.
